How to Have Your nano/micro/mm scale 3D Design Printed on the Nanoscribe 3D Printer
- Design your part in Solidworks or other 3D CAD software
- Export design to .STL file format (standard 3D printer format)
- Email .STL file to Nanofab Cleanroom staff https://www.nanofab.utah.edu/lab-staff/#process (Brian Baker)
- Select resin (print material) and print resolution (min feature size 200nm), see pdf below for more info
- Staff will run your file through the slicer and give you an estimate for print time and cost
- Set up a Nanofab account (https://workauth.cores.utah.edu/#/offcampus)
- After you approve/authorize the final design, staff will print and ship your part to you
